Sustainability/ESG Manager

Leah Cantor supports the development of EP Wealth’s sustainable investment strategy and ESG philosophy. She works with advisors and clients to align portfolios with socially and environmentally responsible investing principles.
Leah brings experience in sustainability-focused roles within wealth management, contributing to responsible investment portfolios and firmwide initiatives. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Reed College.
Leah believes investing can reflect both financial objectives and personal values. She works to understand each client’s priorities and helps integrate sustainability considerations alongside risk, return, and diversification goals.
Outside of work, Leah volunteers with local environmental organizations and enjoys swing dancing and exploring new music.
