The client-first mentality is not only the driving force of the culture at EP, but the very reason the firm exists. Our co-founders, Brian Parker and Derek Holman, have been friends since grade school—the early indication that, to these two financial pros, relationships matter.
As they grew in their careers at separate, but similar, "big brand firms" they saw that commissions ruled the day and clients just didn't know what they were paying for. They set out to create their own model with the founding of Premier Financial Management in 2004, and upon finding like-minded, veteran advisor Stephanie Enright, they merged to create EP Wealth Advisors.
In the years since, EP has continued to put people first and grown to become a Coast-to-Coast firm centered on a common culture and commitment to enriching the lives of clients and our team members. With continued growth on the horizon, EP has established a true national presence and added significantly to the team—and we're not done. EP WEALTH ADVISORS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
EP Wealth Advisors is committed to enriching the lives of our clients and a generation of leaders who share a dedication to enabling the financial health of others and making an impact with colleagues and community.
Our Fellowship Program is a unique opportunity for hands-on guidance and experience, where you'll have an opportunity to work side-by-side with EP leaders in developing and executing client-facing programs and service.
EP Fellows engage in a 6-month journey that challenges them to understand and consider their function and responsibility as finance leaders, while promoting a deep understanding of values-based leadership and service. You will work with a diverse range of clients and functional leaders within EP's wealth management network in this program that will deliver you both education and true approach and expertise to address the complex issues clients face, all with a focus on their financial health and goal achievement.
