  • Bill provides financial planning and investment management services to affluent individuals and families.

  • Bill was the founder and President of Azimuth Financial Planning, which merged with Resolute Financial in 2016 and partnered with EP Wealth Advisors in 2023. Prior to founding Azimuth Financial Planning, Bill worked at Harbor Group, a wealth management firm in Bedford, New Hampshire. He also has been trained in Collaborative Law (most commonly used in the resolution of divorces and other disputes) and is a member of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire. He is a contributing author to the 2014 edition of Collaborative Law: Practice and Procedures, has appeared on WGIR AM 610, and has been quoted in the Portsmouth Herald, the Boston Globe, the Baltimore Sun, and the Dow Jones Newswire on financial planning and investment-related issues.

  • Bill received his MBA from Boston College and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. He is also CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM.

  • Bill is active in the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Portsmouth, and volunteers to provide free independent financial advice to consumers as part of Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine’s Jumpstart Your Retirement Planning Days, and the Your Money Bus nationwide tour put on by the NAPFA Consumer Education Foundation. In his spare time, Bill enjoys paddleboarding and kayaking along the coast of New Hampshire and in the winter, hitting the slopes of New England on his snowboard.
