Dillon serves as a vice president and lead advisor. Working for several independent RIAs since 2010, in roles that included lead advisor and manager of financial planning, Dillon developed experience and knowledge with high-net-worth clients, equity compensation, portfolio planning for concentrated positions, and cash flow planning for highly compensated professionals.

Dillon received a B.S., Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. An internship at an independent advisory firm subsequently redirected his career path from dentistry to financial services, which led to Certificates in Accounting and Financial Planning from UC Santa Barbara. Once he’d earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, Dillon says he never looked back.

Playing the guitar, reading and spending time outdoors—whether hiking, mountain biking, motocross or off-roading—are some of Dillon’s favorite ways to unwind. He loves parking his truck on the beach on Saturday mornings with his partner, Eylene, and sipping good coffee. His favorite meal is anything that includes tacos and tequila!
