Kenji helps clients build strategies aligned with their financial goals. He supports individuals and families with comprehensive planning and ongoing guidance, including strategies for concentrated stock positions.
Kenji joined Opes in 2007 and progressed through multiple roles while earning the CFP® designation in 2010. He brings 15 years of financial services experience across advising, planning, and client service. He teaches retirement and planning topics through OLLI at Southern Oregon University. Kenji attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and the University of Michigan.
Kenji’s approach is analytical, collaborative, and education-forward. He simplifies complex topics and helps clients make informed decisions with greater confidence.
Kenji lives in Ashland, Oregon, with his wife, Julie. He enjoys exploring Southern Oregon, hiking, and snowshoeing in the mountains. He values time with family, including his two sons.
