Kathleen Connors is passionate about providing comprehensive, conflict-free financial guidance that puts her clients' best interests first. She’s committed to helping individuals and families feel confident in their financial decisions through thoughtful planning and personalized support.
Kathleen brings a diverse professional background to her financial planning work, with experience in real estate, nonprofit fundraising and management, economic development, and small business operations. Prior to working at EP Wealth Advisors, she worked at two smaller Registered Investment Advisory firms, where she focused on delivering well-rounded financial strategies and planning support.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University. She is a FINRA Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative.
In her free time, Kathleen enjoys both the great outdoors and cozy indoor pursuits. She loves camping with her spouse, running, hiking, and practicing yoga. She’s also an avid reader and knitter, always finding joy in learning and creativity.
