Julia brings more than 12 years of experience in financial services. Over that time, she has managed complex service requests, supported high-value client relationships, and helped improve processes that strengthen the client experience. She also maintains accurate records to support both client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.
Julia entered financial services in 2014 and quickly discovered a passion for the work. She enjoys helping clients navigate account needs with clarity, empathy, and efficiency. Her approach centers on understanding each client’s situation, resolving issues thoughtfully, and turning service requests into practical, seamless solutions.
Outside of work, Julia participates in local charities and volunteers at community events. She enjoys neighborhood clean-up days, supporting local businesses, and attending a monthly book club. With her husband and two children, she loves exploring hidden waterfalls and spending weekends on the boat.
