Chenora partners with wealth advisors and internal teams to deliver high-touch client support. She assists with onboarding, account maintenance, cash management, and ongoing relationship needs.
She brings more than a decade of financial services experience, with expertise in operations and client service. Her background also includes peer mentorship and process improvement across complex financial environments. Chenora earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State. She is also a graduate of the Money Management Institute’s Leadership Pathway program and has been recognized for exceptional client service and operational expertise.
Her interest in financial services is rooted in continuous learning and financial literacy. She believes clear information and thoughtful support can help clients and families make more confident financial decisions.
Outside of work, Chenora enjoys skydiving, exploring local restaurants, watching documentaries, and cheering on her son at basketball games. She is also active in community service, including community cleanups, charity walks, and projects supporting children, families, and local organizations.
