Megan enjoys utilizing her love for numbers and analytical skills to build financial plans that are tailored to the unique needs and situations of each client. Very detail oriented and efficient, Megan likes working with like-minded individuals.
Starting as an analyst at Wacker Wealth Partners in August 2015, Megan obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation the next year and transitioned into an advisor role where she supported other advisors and quickly serviced clients independently. Previously, she worked two years underwriting loans as an Agricultural Credit Analyst at a community bank, a role that included analyzing tax returns, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets to determine whether borrowers could service their debt. Today, as a member of the EP Wealth Advisors family, Megan also helps train and mentor other service advisory members.
Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lees-McRae College with a B.S. degree and a major in Business Administration, concentrations in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Psychology. She played volleyball throughout her four years on campus.
Outside the world of finance, Megan’s pursuits range from painting, playing tennis, and baking. It is her goal to find the best chocolate chip cookie recipe. You can also find Megan playing frisbee with her very active border collie, Maverick, while tracking her husband, Ryan’s, location as he’s navigating cruise ships up in South East Alaska.
