After entering the financial arena at Charles Schwab, where he was a financial consultant for five years, Matthew transitioned to Wacker Wealth Partners, serving as an advisor for 20 years before becoming part of the EP Wealth Advisors family.

Matthew holds MBA and B.S. degrees from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) credential.

Outside the office Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and working with kids as an assistant high school wrestling coach. He’s also into playing the guitar, surfing, mountain biking and being outdoors. He has a Welsh Corgi dog named Patrick Swayze.
