She has supported advisors and high-net-worth clients with account management, service requests, and complex financial processes. Her background also includes experience in risk assessment and claims support, which strengthened her ability to resolve issues efficiently. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Temple University. She also holds active Life, Health, and Property & Casualty insurance licenses and is a Notary Public in Pennsylvania.
