Susan Crossan is a Senior CRA who takes great pride in supporting clients, working closely with her colleagues in striving to provide exceptional service. Her background in nursing and financial planning fuels her commitment to addressing both the emotional and financial needs of clients.
Susan brings a wealth of experience, with 20 years as a nurse, including 8 years as an ICU/CCU RN. She transitioned to the financial sector 24 years ago, starting as a Client Services Manager at NBS Financial Services, Inc., advancing to Financial Planner, and most recently serving as Chief Compliance Officer before joining EP. Her diverse roles demonstrate her adaptability and deep commitment to client care.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Millikin University. Susan also holds a Master of Science Degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.
Outside of her professional life, Susan is active and enjoys being outdoors, with a particular passion for playing pickleball. She also enjoys painting, often creating pictures for her grandchildren, and is an active member of the worship team at Calvary Community Church.
