Michael Burch was already gaining practical experience in mergers and acquisitions before he graduated from UC Riverside and joined EP Wealth Advisors in 2022. His previous experience included serving as an M&A Analyst Intern at Bainbridge Capital, where he researched and evaluated potential M&A candidates. Michael believes the growing trend of M&A activity in the RIA industry makes now a prime time to become involved. He looks forward to learning the ins and outs of the industry as he gains experience with EP Wealth’s deal models and acquisition strategies. Outside of evaluating acquirable companies, Michael enjoys hiking, surfing and traveling with his girlfriend and family.
