Jonathon Matson had more than 17 years of experience in financial services, including over a decade in the retirement plan industry, when he joined EP Wealth Advisors in 2022. He previously served in positions with firms including ING Funds (now VOYA Financial), The Hartford, Guardian, and CUNA Mutual Retirement Solutions. Jonathon always has enjoyed working in the retirement plan space because of the unique challenges and opportunities it offers. This includes the flexibility to develop a plan that’s the best fit for each individual business, and the satisfaction of knowing the plan’s lifelong impact on its participants will include giving them the opportunity to retire on their terms. Jonathon and his wife Tracy, along with their two pre-teen boys Parker and Hunter, enjoy escaping the Phoenix summer heat with camping trips in northern Arizona whenever possible. Jonathon’s outdoor enthusiasm also includes a passion for hunting and fishing.
