Christina Dake

Christina Dake was born and raised in Torrance, CA. Christina comes to EP Wealth with over 30 years of progressive HR experience and is currently the Senior Human Resources Manager for EP Wealth Advisors at their corporate office in Torrance, CA. Prior to that she was the Director of Human Resources for Rolling Hills Covenant Church for nearly 12 years. Mrs. Dake started off as a part-time Human Resources Coordinator in 2011 after the HR position had been vacant for over three years. Christina oversees all human resource functions, compensation and benefits, manages special analytical projects when it comes to salary analysis, salary band creation, policy and process implementation. Prior to joining Rolling Hills Covenant Church, Christina was employed with Xebec Realty Partners a real estate investment trust and commercial developer from 2009-2014 as the Human Resource Manager. Christina received her bachelor’s degree in September of 2012 and master’s in business management with an emphasis in human resource management from American InterContinental University (online) in August of 2013. Christina completed 3 degrees in 34 months and has been practicing human resources for over 30 years. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), PIHRA (Professional In Human Resources Association), CalChamber, The Church Network, and Delta Mu Delta honors society. Christina has volunteered with the Ms. Fullerton pageant for many years and volunteers with participates in the Woman of Achievement pageant. She serves as the project leader for Operation Christmas Child at her church. Christina also partners with local organizations that help others, such as Community’s Child, a shelter for moms with children, Doors of Hope, a women’s shelter, two local VFW’s as both of her grandfathers served during the Korean War, and donates to Olive Crest and the Orangewood Children’s Home. Christina has served as the Secretary for the Wilmington Neighborhood Council from June 2019 through May of 2021. She was on the board of the Harley Owners Group of Los Angeles Harley Davidson as Treasurer. She also served as Treasurer for Black Sheep Harley Davidson for Christ Motorcycle Ministry, North Orange County chapter. Christina is now a board member for American Society for Community Benefits as the Director of Procurement which is responsible for volunteer recruitment, on-boarding, and donor appreciation. If you are wondering, yes, Christina rides motorcycles, not as a passenger but her own. She is married, has 5 children (from ages 5 to 30), 5 grandchildren, 23 chickens, and 1 dingo (dog).
