Alec Bauer launched his financial industry career with Northwestern Mutual as he was completing his degree in Business Administration – Finance at San Diego State. The following year, in 2022, he joined EP Wealth Advisors after gaining experience as a Financial Services Representative at First Citizens Bank. Alec is fascinated with company valuations and loves learning about the specific qualities that make a given firm profitable. Inspired by the concept of continuous improvement, he enjoys looking for opportunities for businesses to enhance their success. He loves driving growth for an overall greater good that directly benefits clients. A fitness enthusiast, Alec also likes a good TV series—“Suits” and “Lincoln Lawyer” are his current favorites.
